Custom orders have a 12-macaron minimum, with 12 macarons required per color/flavor.

For custom orders, Maeflour requires a minimum of 12 macarons, and at least 12 macarons per color. (i.e. two colors = at least 24 macarons).
However, you can order multiple designs per color and there is no minimum quantity for monthly specials.
If you would like multiple colors and flavors in a single dozen, a $4 fee is added.

If macarons are the main dessert, I suggest 3-4 macarons per person. If they are accompanying other desserts, 2 macarons per person should suffice, Please note if you are offering multiple macaron flavors, guest will be apt to try different flavors and more macarons may be necessary to avoid running out. Maeflour macarons are made fresh to order. Once you receive your macarons, they are good for one week in the fridge but are best enjoyed within 4-5 days. Take your macarons out of fridge and bring to room temperature at least 15 minutes before enjoying.

For best flavor/texture, keep macarons refrigerated in airtight containers or wrap your box in plastic wrap. You can also keep your macarons (in airtight containers) in the freezer for up to 2 months.
